ObjectivosObjectivesThe objectives of the course are framed within the scope of psychological assessment in occupational contexts, seen as an analytical resource that helps professionals in decision making in the most diverse contexts. Thus, the objectives will be to provide students with knowledge about the various models of assessment, contextualized and based on the psychometric rigor of assessment techniques appropriate to the study of behavior in organizational and work contexts. It is intended that they acquire skills to carry out assessments in an occupational context. It is also intended to develop information communication skills, through learning methodologies based on practical cases, and the implications of individual / group psychological assessment for intervention programs and for the assessment of their effectiveness.
