    LG1: Understand the historical evolution and the fundamental concepts inherent to quality management in the business context. LG2: Understand the quality normative framework and its importance. LG3: Understand how to create and manage the total quality management system, from an integrated perspective, following the Deming cycle. LG4: Identify the organizational changes necessary for the development and sustainability of the quality system and for its improvement. LG5: Understand the importance of the “excellence” model in the creation of quality systems and in improving the organization's performance.
