ObjectivosObjectivesLG1- Contextualize recruitment, selection, and induction, as well as the needs analysis that precede it, in the human resources strategic management and in the legal and ethical dimensions; LG2- Acquire solid conceptual bases of recruitment, selection, and induction; LG3- Know how to choose and apply contingently the methodologies and techniques of recruitment, selection, and induction to solve the specific needs of organizations and instate the contribution of new technologies; LG4- Be able to design and conduct an organization's human resources recruitment, selection, and induction process.
