    This CU falls within the field of sports science and focuses on producing, analysing and interpreting scientific knowledge to support professional, pedagogical and research practices in sports, physical exercise and physical education. The course prepares students to define problems, formulate hypotheses, select methods and techniques for data collection and analysis, and critically interpret results.

    OA1 - To deveplop research and planning habits, procedures and techniques, with scientific rigor and intellectual seriousness. OA2 - To develop the ability to research and systematically analyze the facts in order to better understand the reality in order to be able to problematize and intervene with adequacy and effectiveness. AO3 - To demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and know instruments that allow the elaboration of a systematic and complete work (research or intervention project) on a particular subject or theme in the field of physical activity and sports. AO4 - To present and defend the results of the project in the different media provided: Conference, Poster and Article.

    ME1 - Approach to content from a theoretical-practical perspective with high applicability to the real context. ME2 - All classes are for the production of the research project, which leads to know-how in action and a better connection between theory and practice. ME3 - Study through Problem Based Learning, whenever justified.   Assessment methodolog: A) Evaluation Test, weighted 50% of the final grade. B) Individual research project (writing and presentation), weighted at 50% of the final grade.
