Sports Sciences
  • ApresentaçãoPresentation
This CU aims to continue and deepen the subject matter of the TPD - Football and TPD - Swimming program (1st Year), conceptualized to address the main contents that make up the training frameworks of the Portuguese Football and Swimming Federations for Level I and II Coaching Courses. The topics proposed in the Football and Swimming Specialization bring together content from Levels II and III of the sports, with an unequivocal relationship between the program, the evaluation methods, and the skills to be acquired in the CU. The subject matter develops progressively and interconnectedly throughout theoretical and theoretical-practical classes of various kinds (field/pool classes, seminars with guests, observation of training/games, etc.). At the end of the CU, it is intended that the student will demonstrate a broad set of skills that will allow them to effectively prepare, intervene in, and evaluate the teaching/training process of football and swimming at various performance levels.
