ApresentaçãoPresentationThe TPD - Futebol curriculum is designed to align with the primary objectives outlined by the Portuguese Football Federation for the certified Level 1 Coaching Course (UEFA Grassroots). Through the thematic structure of the curriculum, students will acquire a diverse set of skills by semester's end. The progression of content, both in theory and practice, ensures a cohesive learning experience. Upon completion of this course, students will possess the necessary skills and competencies to effectively contribute to football teaching or training at a foundational level.

ObjectivosObjectivesLO1: Acquire historical notions and know the football organisation structure LO2: Know and apply the Laws of the Game, the terminology and the lexicon of football LO3: Identify and characterise the phases and moments, the stages, the methods and the factors of the game LO4: Identify and analyse the rational bases and the fundamental structural units for the development of the game, as well as the football cultural principles LO5: Understand and use different teaching methods por improving sport-specific technical and tactical actions (e.g., Game-Centred Approach, Constraints-Based Approach) LO6: Assimilate processes for the construction and evaluation of training sessions and weekly microcycles LO7: Identify and understand the relative preponderance of different performance factors to design tasks in accordance with the learners/players' attributes LO8: Recognise observation and analysis techniques as preponderant procedures for the knowledge of the game in football
