  • ObjectivosObjectives
    LG1- Contextualizing the professional training and development in the strategic human resources management; LG2- Recognizing and applying different procedures from training cycle stages: diagnostic; planning; implementation; and assessment of formal training actions;  LG3- Understanding the new training paradigms by contextualising them in the general organisational strategic context, and particularly, in the strategic human resources management; LG4- Conduct a diagnosis of the training in a specific industry and present interventions proposals.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    Theoretical exposition (TM1) of the main contents of the Syllabus (S); Case studies discussed in class as an exercise involving all students, and a case study in a real company as part of the CHANGE-UP Project (TM2); Analysis and discussion of scientific articles (TM3).   Students will carry out a case study in a real organization, in which they will make a diagnosis, a critical analysis, and proposals for improvement concerning the topic studied.  They will apply the knowledge acquired in a logic of action research.
