Programme
29 October | Time Management and Priorities
Time management and the setting of priorities are key factors for personal, academic, and professional success. Developing strategies in these areas is crucial, as it enables us to achieve our goals with less effort, ultimately improving our quality of life. In this session, we will explore organisational strategies and priority-setting methods that can make daily tasks easier to manage across different areas of life.
Studying is essential for academic success and knowledge acquisition. To achieve this, it is vital to adopt an organised approach — with clear objectives, planning, and appropriate methods and techniques — in order to obtain the best results. Join this session to discover effective ways to structure your study time and find motivation to reach your academic goals.
17 December | Let’s Talk About Mental Health?
This awareness session will address the topic of mental health, focusing on protective and risk factors, warning signs, common mental health conditions, and the stigma surrounding seeking help. It will be a space for sharing and learning, aiming to promote a better understanding of mental health and well-being.
Each session offers two available time slots: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm or 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
