Students of the Master's in Human Resource Management and Organizational Intervention recently participated in practical activities to better familiarize themselves with the academic environment. Among these, the Peddy Paper 7 Challenge, organized by Professor Patrícia Araújo in the course MTAI – Advanced Research Methods and Techniques, stood out.
The activity led the master's students to locate specific scientific texts in the library, encouraging independent research and familiarization with academic resources. This was followed by a guided tour of the library, conducted by Research Staff Dr. Alexandre, which allowed participants to understand the library’s operations and access to online databases, essential for developing their research skills.
These initiatives provide students with practical integration into the academic environment, strengthening their research abilities and familiarity with the essential resources for their advanced training in human resource management and organizational intervention.
