Promoting mental health and well-being brings students together for a moment of sharing
24 March 2025

Reflection, interactive activities, and practical strategies characterised the event, promoting emotional balance and skills to cope with academic challenges.
On 10th March, ISMAT held another activity as part of its Mental Health and Well-being Promotion Programme for Students, reinforcing its commitment to creating a healthy, inclusive academic environment that is attentive to students' emotional needs.
The initiative featured moments of reflection, sharing, and learning about essential topics such as stress management, emotional balance, self-awareness, and practical strategies for coping with daily academic challenges. Through interactive and participatory activities, students were invited to explore tools to enhance their well-being and develop skills that contribute to better mental health.
The activity was well received by the student community, providing a safe space for meaningful conversations about mental health—an increasingly relevant topic in university settings.
ISMAT and the Psychology programme will continue throughout the academic year to organise further initiatives as part of this programme, the Mental Health and Well-being Promotion Programme for ISMAT Students.
