The Plan, authored and coordinated by Professor André Tavares Rodrigues, covers approximately 170 employees of the banking institution.

André Tavares Rodrigues is the author and scientific coordinator of the Training Plan in Quality of Work Life and Mental Health at Work, developed for around 170 employees of the Bank of Cape Verde.

Designed based on the most recent scientific evidence and international frameworks in Work Psychology and Occupational Health, the plan was structured to respond to contemporary challenges in promoting mental health and well-being within an organizational context.

The training integrated a set of scientifically validated content in the areas of mental health at work, psychosocial risks, burnout prevention, stress management, self-care, and the promotion of healthy work environments.

The program also included assessment and monitoring methodologies, ensuring technical rigor, practical relevance, and alignment with international best practices.

The scientific coordination and academic validation of the plan ensured high standards of quality, contributing to the skill development of the employees and reinforcing an organizational culture focused on well-being, sustainability, and valuing people.
