EPIC FITNESS/AMARILIS GROUP, SPONSOR 2025 of the Change Up Project, offered a trip to Paris and free tuition to HRM finalists
The 6th edition of the CHANGE UP PROJECT - Leading change in organisations, in the ‘MIDO-Methods of Intervention and Organisational Development’ curricular unit, belonging to the Degree in Human Resources Management, the oldest of the Lusófona-Algarve Teaching Group, founded in 1992, has come to an end.
In this CBL - Challenge Based Learning, the final-year students of the Degree in HR Management, divided into teams, acted and studied the EPIC FITNESS/AMARILIS Group organisation as Junior Consultants.
On 9 January Carla Araújo, João Araujo, Bruno Nobre (Epic's manager), Miguel Lagartinho (technical director) and Carolina António (marketing manager), were the jury and chose to award the following prizes to 3 Junior Fictitious Student Companies:
1st Place ‘InspiraRH’ - Junior Company made up of Sofia Nobre and Mariana Santos
Prizes:
- A trip to Paris for all members;
- A free monthly membership at EPIC/Amarilis;
- A relaxing massage at the SPA;
- A skin cleanse or manicure/pedi.
2nd Place ‘FOCUS Consulting’- Junior Company made up of Ivana Alemão, Joana Ferreira, Maria Branco and Maria Branco

- A skin cleanse or manicure/pedi.

The Change Up Project, founded by Prof Dr Patrícia Araújo and Prof Dr Lígia Nascimento, has already won 2nd place at national level in the Pedagogical Practice Competition.
